白馬村を中心に、自治体、地域住民と連携し、サイクルトレイルの拡張、確保、保全を目的とし、主にオフロードサイクリング文化を促進させる自転車愛好家のグループです。A group of cyclists based in Hakuba Village、working with local authorities and local residents to extend、secure and preserve cycle trails、primarily to promote an off-road cycling culture.
